Beginning his career at Citigroup, Jonathan gained invaluable experience within a global financial institution. He managed trading responsibilities for more than 60 institutional clients, representing over $1 trillion in investable assets. This role required precision, adaptability, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. The exposure to institutional scale and complexity strengthened his analytical skills and provided a foundation for advising sophisticated private clients.

In 2014, Jonathan became Partner and Managing Director at Sandhill, further refining his focus on business owners and multi-generational families. He guided clients through liquidity events, exit strategies, and the transition from enterprise wealth to personal legacy planning. To deepen his expertise, he earned the Certified Private Wealth Advisor designation through the Yale School of Management and the Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation from the Exit Planning Institute.
